Hi! Welcome to Townsend Counseling.

I know that it can take a lot of courage to reach out for help and you’ve already taken the first big step by being here. My name is Hailey and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor helping juveniles, individuals, and partnerships struggling with anxiety, depression, self-acceptance, sex and relationships, and histories of trauma. I offer in-person sessions in Garden City, ID, and virtual sessions for anyone in Idaho. I believe that no matter what you’re struggling with,  every person has the capacity for change, healing, and self-acceptance. I am sex-positive, size inclusive, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming and ALL parts of you are welcome in this space.
